Dakotah is a gifted energy healer! She started doing Feng Shui at the age of 7 and seeing energy at the age of 9. She has overcome many challenges in her life with the help of her guides, teachers, Reiki, Yoga, meditation and several other modalities. With her extensive training she is able to hold space beautifully and with compassion for clients.

Dakotah has practiced yoga since 1999 cultivating a healthy body, mind, and soul connection. Her main schools of practice - Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Bikram, and Yin. She has also explored Iyengar, Kundalini, Sivananda, Gentle, and Restorative as well as Chi Gong and Tai Chi.

Dakotah's teachings go beyond the studio. She is a Yoga Adviser on television shows. The latest "All Rise", where she also played a part as a yoga instructor.​​
