What types of Yoga do I teach?
Vinyasa Flow, Gentle, and Yin
Vinyasa Flow
This is a flow class coordinating breath with movement with special attention to alignment. Level 1 and Level 1/2 classes.
Gentle Yoga
The is an accessible class with mindful movements to safely open and rejuvenate the body. This is a great class when you are looking for less intensity, or a nice gentle evening class. Great for beginners and all levels.
Yin Yoga
This is a passive class that energizes the inner body. It nourishes connective tissues: joints, ligaments, and fascia. Poses are usually on the floor and held for up to five minutes gently opening the body.
I love watching all body types in motion and stillness... it's beautiful!
